TSUKI 月: the 2,000,000 VND set, with sake and nine nigiri
The second autumn set opens with sake and mozuku seaweed, and its nigiri course has nine pieces, including akami, otoro and negitoro.

TSUKI, written 月 and meaning moon, is the second set on Miyako's autumn omakase menu. It is 2,000,000 VND per guest and served at all three seatings, 12:00, 18:30 and 20:30.
The menu, in the order it reaches the counter
Unlike KIKU, a TSUKI meal begins with sake, followed by an appetizer of mozuku, a brown seaweed. The sashimi course keeps the same two slices: madai (red sea bream) and chutoro, the belly of bluefin tuna.
The nigiri course has nine pieces:
- Shima aji — striped jack
- Amaebi — sweet shrimp
- Saba — Japanese mackerel
- Chawanmushi — steamed egg custard with salmon roe
- Akami — lean bluefin tuna
- Otoro — fatty tuna belly
- Uni — sea urchin
- Wagyu A5
- Negitoro — bluefin tuna
The meal ends with soup and dessert.
How TSUKI differs from KIKU
Compared with KIKU, TSUKI adds sake, a fixed mozuku appetizer and two more tuna nigiri, akami and negitoro. Shima aji replaces hamachi at the start of the nigiri course, so the tuna runs from the lean cut to the belly.
