Information we collect

• Your name and phone number.
• Delivery address, ward/commune, directions, and map location (only if you pin a location or allow location access).
• Invoice details if requested: company name, tax code, address, email.
• Order and payment history: items, amounts, times, and the transfer note sent by the bank.

No account is required. Your cart and previously used addresses are stored in your own browser and only sent to our server when you place an order. Some technical data (IP address, browser) is used to prevent spam and protect the system.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order.
• To call you to confirm the order, the price after weighing, and the delivery fee.
• To match payments, issue invoices, and keep accounting records.
• To handle complaints and returns.

We do not sell your information and do not send you marketing messages without your consent.

Sharing

We only share what is needed to complete your order:

• Carriers (Ahamove, Grab, Xanh SM, Be): name, phone number, address, location, and delivery directions.
• Payment matching service (SePay) and banks: transaction details.
• MISA sales and e-invoice software (CukCuk, meInvoice): order and invoice details.
• Infrastructure providers, only to run the website: data hosting (Supabase, Vercel), maps (Goong), spam protection (Cloudflare), new-order notifications to staff (Telegram).
• Competent authorities when required by law.

Data is stored on servers located in Singapore.

Retention

Orders, payment records, and invoices are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Other information is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Security

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only authorized staff can see order details.

Your order tracking link contains a private security code. Please do not share it publicly.

Looking up orders by phone number only shows status and total. Viewing details (items, address, QR code) requires the correct order code, and lookups are rate-limited to prevent guessing.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or complain about how it is processed. Contact us via hotline 0965 130 828. We will respond within the time limits set by law. Records we are legally required to keep (accounting documents, invoices) are retained until that period ends.
