Payment policy

Prices and tax

• Prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND) and include value-added tax (VAT).
• Items sold per portion and sets have fixed prices.
• Items sold by weight: the price shown when you order is an estimate based on the weight you chose. Our staff weigh the actual piece and recalculate as price per kg × actual weight, rounded. Because products are cut by the piece, the actual weight may differ slightly from your selection.

The amount to pay is the item total (after weighing) plus the delivery fee. You only pay once the price is final.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer via VietQR: once the price is final, your order tracking page shows a QR code with the exact amount and transfer note (your order code, DH…). Payments are recorded automatically, usually within a few minutes.
• Cash or card at the store when you choose "Pick up".

Delivery orders must be paid in full before we hand them to the driver.

Bank transfer notes

• Keep the transfer note with your order code unchanged so the payment is matched automatically.
• If you transferred the wrong amount or left out the order code, send a photo of your receipt via hotline 0965 130 828 and we will check it manually.
• Only transfer to the account shown on your order page on this website. We will never ask for your password, OTP, or card details.

VAT invoices

If you need an invoice, tick "I need a company VAT invoice" at checkout and enter the company name, tax code, address, and email. The e-invoice is sent to the email you provide.
