Scope

This website is operated by Miyako. By using it and placing orders, you agree to these terms and to our delivery, payment, returns, and privacy policies.

Orders and confirmation

• Your order is recorded when you submit it on the website. We confirm it by phone and on your order tracking page. The sales contract is formed when we confirm the order.
• We may decline or cancel an order if items are out of stock, details are incorrect, the address is outside our delivery area, or there are signs of fraud. Anything you have paid will be refunded in full.

Product information and prices

• Photos are for illustration. Actual color, marbling, and size may vary slightly because the products are fresh.
• Origin and grade are stated as provided by our suppliers.
• Prices may change. The price that applies is the one at the time of ordering; items sold by weight are charged by actual weight (see Payment policy).

Raw food notice

Sashimi and beef eaten raw or rare are uncooked foods. Pregnant women, young children, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems should take care. If you are allergic to seafood or any ingredient, please add a note to your order or ask our staff.

Your responsibilities

• Provide your correct name, phone number, and delivery address.
• Be available at the scheduled time and store the products as instructed.
• Do not use the website to place fake orders, spam, or disrupt the system.

Content ownership

Content, images, and branding on this website belong to Miyako. Please do not copy them for commercial purposes without permission.

Complaints and disputes

Please send questions or complaints via hotline 0965 130 828. Both parties will first try to settle disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under the laws of Vietnam.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and policies. New versions take effect from the date they are posted; the update date is shown at the top of each page.
