A 12-seat omakase counter, three seatings a day

Each seating takes up to 12 guests and the whole counter starts at the same time: 12:00, 18:30 or 20:30. How to book and the times to know.

Omakase means "I leave it to the chef". At Miyako, guests sit around a 12-seat counter while the itamae prepares each course and places it in front of them, in the order the kitchen sets.

Why the whole counter starts together

The counter opens for three seatings a day: 12:00, 18:30 and 20:30. Each seating takes up to 12 guests and everyone sits down at the same time, so the kitchen serves each course to the whole counter at once rather than cooking table by table.

That is also why a seating closes for booking once its seats are full, even when it is still hours away.

Three sets, one counter

All three sets are served at every seating, priced per guest:

  • KIKU 菊 — 1,000,000 VND
  • TSUKI 月 — 2,000,000 VND
  • MIYABI 雅 — 3,000,000 VND

Booking times

Each booking takes up to 6 guests. The calendar opens 60 days ahead and closes 3 hours before the seating starts.
