Pay for the weight you get: how Miyako prices items sold by weight
Items sold by weight are charged on their actual weight, and you pay only after the shop has weighed them and confirmed the price. An example with salmon steaks at 890,000 VND/kg.

Fish and meat never cut to the exact gram, so for items sold by weight Miyako charges the actual weight rather than the amount chosen when ordering. Customers pay only after the shop has weighed the order and confirmed the price.
An example with salmon steaks
Salmon steaks are 890,000 VND/kg, in 250g, 500g or 1kg. When ordering, the cart shows an estimated price based on the grams chosen.
While preparing the order, staff put each piece on the scale and enter the real weight. The system recalculates the price per kg times the actual weight, then rounds to the nearest 1,000 VND.
Payment after the price is confirmed
The bank transfer QR code appears on the order tracking page only once the price is confirmed, for the exact final amount. Incoming payments are recorded automatically, and the order goes to the driver once it has been paid in full.
The delivery fee is not part of this amount, because customers pay it directly to the driver on delivery.
